If you would like to order an extra side to your meal in addition to the 2-3 that come with it, please put an additional $1.50 per person to the cost of the plate

• All quoted prices for our catering services are per person 
• All quoted prices are for 50 people or more
• There will be a $100/hour stand-by fee added per Desperado if service is more than 45 minutes past the agreed upon serving time, if service exceeds the one hour time frame, or if you would like for us to serve for multiple hours. Please note this is NOT a gratuity.

• Serving lines remain open approx. One Hour
• All prices are subject to an 8.25% sales tax
• Gratuity on buffet service is at customer discretion
• All payments are due at the time of service
• Any late payments will be charged a 1.5% late fee per day

• 'Fancy Disposable' Dinnerware - $3.50 additional per person
• Please call for pricing on service or plated meals
• Chafing Dishes available for a $100 charge per serving line

• $400 minimum on orders within 30 minute radius
